Ann has been a Massage Therapist since 2008, practising Traditional Thai and remedial techniques she has refined over eighteen years. Her room at 87 Gaffney Street, Coburg, is her sanctuary: warm lamplight, a Buddha canvas, an aroma diffuser breathing steam — the space where she sees every client one-on-one, from first greeting to final stroke.
This is not a franchise spa. It is Ann's practice, and she is the only pair of hands you will ever meet here. She greets you with "Sawaddee ka" and designs your treatment around your body's specific needs that day.

Pregnancy massage eases joint and muscular conditions, encourages blood and lymph circulation and helps to relieve nervous tension. This, in turn, can aid sleep and help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes. It can relieve many discomforts the woman's body undergoes during pregnancy such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and oedema (swelling).
Utilises therapeutic and advanced massage technique. Reduces pain and tension by releasing the pressure of muscles in spasm, and addresses tension and ligament complaints. Treatments can dramatically reduce pain and discomfort and assist the body's natural healing process and circulation — effective for headaches, injuries and arthritis. Private health fund rebate available.
Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle whole body treatment that relaxes the nervous system and aids the body's immune system. It is highly recommended for those prone to and recovering from a swollen node. The technique is effective in the management of Lymphoedema which can occur in athletes and surgical patients, as well as cancer, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue sufferers.

With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I'm trained in holistic therapy techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
